Cancellation & Refund Policy
🚫 No Refund for the Following Cases:
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
- Orders placed with an **incorrect address** by the customer and successfully delivered.
✅ 100% Refund Eligibility:
- Orders **canceled at least 12 hours** before the scheduled delivery time.
⏳ Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Cases:
- Orders **canceled within 12 hours** of the scheduled delivery time.
- Any perishable items (**including flowers**) once the order has been created.
🔄 Return & Refund for Non-Perishable Items:
- Unused, unopened, **mint-condition non-perishable items** in their original packaging can be returned.
- Eligible items include:
- Nuvi Flowers **Hand-poured Soya Candles**
- Nuvi Flowers **100% Dried Flower Arrangements**
- 100% refund for non-perishable returns will be credited to the **customer’s Nuvi Flowers account** for future use.
🚚 Delivery Charges & Refund Process:
- There will be **no refund of delivery charges**, if applicable, on product returns.
- Any eligible refund amount will be reflected in the customer’s **Nuvi Flowers account within 7 days**.
⚖️ Final Decision & Jurisdiction:
- The decision of **Nuvi Flowers** regarding the condition of goods at the time of return shall be **final**.
- Any dispute related to refund or cancellation shall be subject to the **jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi**.
